Autumn Overlook

If you've ever dreamed of a private mountain getaway, then you've found just that here at Autumn Overlook. With enough space for as many as 24 people to stay in perfect comfort, you're free to bring your entire extended family, a nanny to watch the children or several friends or business associates. This marvelous private home boasts 10 bedrooms and 9.5 baths across a whopping 12,267 square feet of living space, and there's an abundance of space outside as well for play and exploration.

For extra privacy, there's also a large, fully equipped guest home on the property that's just right for perhaps two couples with children or three couples, the grandparents, all of the teenagers or even the nanny along with the younger children. Of course, everyone may still come together in the main house to enjoy such amenities as the game room that is complete with a full-size pool table and a full-size air hockey table or the theater room with a huge-screen television with surround sound and comfy theater seating.

Those who want to keep the little ones close in the main house may utilize the large bunkroom with space for six children, and there's another guest suite right next door that would work perfectly for the nanny. Each guest suite is spectacular, so every last guest may expect to retire in complete comfort. Proudly perched high above the Mountain Village gondola station, Positive Outlook offers privacy thanks to its wooded setting while still being close enough to take a short and pleasant stroll over to all that Mountain Village has to offer. This incredible private home is absolutely beautiful inside and out, and there are six bedrooms and 7.5 baths across a full 6,500 square feet of living space for the complete comfort of up to 16 guests. Its high perch ensures amazing views of the surrounding mountains, and you'll especially enjoy the expansive views of beautiful Mount Wilson. Even the family pet is welcome to come along for a stay at Positive Outlook, so you truly can bring along the entire family.
